Scope of Work:

Replacement of copper roof assembly, repair of associated framing/sheathing, replace 40-foot section of roof beam with steel beam, repair, repointing and rehabilitation of the marble walls, replacement of wood window sashes and trim, replacement of wood doors, install heat trace cable system, install lightning protection system, and restore select interior plaster locations.

Scope of Work:

Remove existing mortar; repoint joints; remove existing concrete bumper and haunches; install new concrete bumper and granite haunches.

REHABILITATION OF INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MASONRY WALLS AT MISSION JOSE CONVENTO

Scope of Work:

Stabilize and/or repair walls; add or replace mortar caps to preserve masonry (stone) work and historic plasters; repointing masonry (stone) walls; cleaning and preservation of historic plasters, including scratch coat; removal (cleaning) of biological growth as needed.

Lighthouse disassembly; lighthouse treatment; lighthouse reinstallation; salvage and conserve cast iron and wrought iron; high performance corrosion resistant finishes applied to all lighthouse components.

PRESERVE FORT JEFFERSON – PHASE II

Scope of Work:

Selective demolition of masonry to remove iron Totten Shutter, armor blocks and lintel; installation of new GFRC armor block and lintel facsimiles; repair and repointing of masonry.
