Replacing steam heating system and emergency generator; install new light fixtures; repair finishes throughout building; removal, restoration, reinstallation of granite cladding stones; repair steel backup for masonry façade; repointing mortar joints; cleaning masonry façade; repair steel columns and beams; window restoration; replacement of sidewalk.
