Full Job Description

Stone and Lime Imports, Inc. is rapidly growing historic preservation firm which specializes in historic masonry restoration/preservation. We are currently in search of Project Managers in the Mid-Atlantic region to join our team. Ideal candidates would be in either Georgia, South Carolina, or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia). In this role, the ideal candidate will act as the main support for management and field staff, assist with the overall management/evaluation/ and assessment of projects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Project Manager Required Skills

  • Historic restoration/preservation
  • Experience managing multi-trade $5+ million projects
  • Government construction contracting
  • Capable of negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excel
  • Word
  • Powerpoint
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, requisitions, changes and sequences
  • Basic understanding of scheduling and project management

Project Manager Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction management, Historic Preservation/Restoration or Engineering
  • 5-10 years’ experience as Project Manager within construction or preservation field or similar role
  • 5+ years Historic Preservation/Restoration experience
  • Experience working on renovation projects or historic preservation projects
  • Experience running $5+ million dollar projects
